Terms And Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") are entered into by and between HireEmployees (Vyunex Private Limited). ("Company") and the candidate ("Candidate") enrolling in the courses offered by the Company. By enrolling in our courses, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

Course Start Date: The Company shall commence the course within 20 days(max) from the date of Candidate enrolment/booking amount.

Booking Amount: A non-refundable booking amount ranging from INR 2000 to INR 5000, depending on the course, is required to secure a seat, and this amount is included in the total quoted course fee.

Balance Payment: The Candidate must pay the remaining course fee 7 days prior to the course start date.

Refund Policy: Refunds are applicable only if the Candidate attends the course for at least 7 days or within the first 7 days from the batch start date.

Refund Process: The Company shall initiate the refund process after thorough validation, and refunds will be processed within 15 business days.

Transfer of Admission: Candidates may transfer their admission to others within 15 days after the course starts, subject to the Company's eligibility criteria. A 50% course fee refund is applicable if the Company initiates the transfer.

Tutor Changes: The Company reserves the right to change tutors based on performance or candidate feedback without prior notice.

Referral Policy: Candidates are prohibited from directly referring the referrals to tutors when number exchanged for the better services of the candidate or from social media without prior Company approval. Violation may result in the disablement of the Candidate's account post-course completion.

Certification: Upon course completion, Candidates receive a certification from Hire Employees. For national/international certifications, Candidates must pay exam fees and pass the examination as per the norms of the respective institutions or companies.

Internship: Candidates may be placed in internships as per MNC's/other companies requirements or provided with live hands-on projects by the Company itself and an internship certificate will be issued from company itself. Internships may be paid or unpaid, subject to Company policies.

Placement Assistance: The Company offers placement assistance but does not guarantee placement or employment.

Mini Job Portal: Candidates receive access to a mini job portal. The Company provides placement assistance up to 3 times. No support is offered after the Candidate has rejected 3 job offers.

Payment Methods: Candidates must make payments only through official website links or links provided by Company executives, with attached invoice copies sent via email or SMS. Payments shall be liable and subjected to terms and conditions and privacy policy of Razorpay.

Direct Payments: Candidates are prohibited from making payments directly to any employee's bank account. The Company is not liable for any such transactions.

By enrolling in our courses, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms are subject to change, and any modifications will be communicated to Candidates via email or on the Company's website. It is your responsibility to review and comply with the most recent version of these terms.
